Baby Spice Becomes Mommy Spice
It’s definitely raining babies this week.
After Jack White and Karen Elson, and Tamia and Grant Hill, it’s Spice Girl Emma Bunton’s turn to be visited by the stork.
The 31-year-old Bunton gave birth Friday to her first child, a boy they named Beau, at the Portland Hospital in London. The dad is Emma’s boyfriend Jade Jones, who said in a statement:
“He is absolutely brilliant and both baby and Emma are doing fine. In fact, Emma is tucking into some flapjacks and Coca-Cola as we speak. We are both absolutely delighted and can’t wait to take Beau home.”
With Baby Spice popping out a baby, Melanie Chisholm is now the only member of the Spice Girls, who are poised to embark on a reunion tour in December, who isn’t a mommy yet.
