K-Fed Subpoenas Promises
Kevin Federline really means business.
In addition to former assistant Shannon Funk, ex-bodyguard Daimon Shippen and current assistant Alli Sims, the Promises rehab facility where K-Fed’s ex-wife Britney Spears checked into earlier this year has become the latest recipient of a subpoena from K-Fed’s attorneys who are working on getting their client full custody of the couple’s two kids – Sean Preston and Jayden James.
An “administrative executive” at Promises was served with the subpoena on Saturday, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin’s lawyer, told Access Hollywood.
And News of the World is not helping Britney’s cause one bit. The tabloid just published a report saying that K-Fed’s team has tracked down a brunette dancer that Britney allegedly had a lesbian romp with in Copenhagen in 2004, during her Hotel Onyx Tour.
A lot of people seem to have dirt on Britney these days. But then again, the whole world has been witness to almost everything Britney has ever done in the last two years, so K-Fed might as well subpoena everyone. From paparazzi to patrons of clubs that she frequents, they all probably have something to say about the train wreck that is Britney.
