Michelle Rodriguez Sentenced to Six Months in Jail
This time, Michelle Rodriguez will be spending more than just a few hours in prison.
People says the former “Lost” star was sentenced to six months in jail Wednesday for violating her DUI probation. In a statement, the L.A. City Attorney’s office said Michelle “admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device”.
The judge also made it clear that there won’t be an early release for Michelle this time, unlike what happened in May 2006, when she served only four hours and 20 minutes of a two-month sentence in a California prison, because of overcrowding.
What’s more, she’ll be spending the holidays in jail, as she is required to turn herself in by December 24.
Celebrities should know by now that violating probation really sucks.
